Feasibility of Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBTI) in Substance Use Disorder Recovery Program

What is this project about?
This study is being done to learn whether treating sleep problems is helpful in people with substance abuse problems who are living in a residential treatment program.

This study is approved by the Johns Hopkins Institutional Review Board (IRB00376235). The principal investigator for this project is Traci Speed.

Am I eligible to participate?
To participate, you must:
-
be at least18 years old
-
be a client of Cornerstone and a resident at Helping Up Mission
-
have active SUD
-
have sleep problems

What will I be asked to do for this study and will I be compensated?
Participation in this study is 9 weeks long and participants are compensated up to $30 depending on the visit/task completed.
