Michelle Mei graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2017. In pursuit of an interest in transcription work, she took a research assistant position in Saratoga Springs, NY, where she realized her passion for spreadsheets and programming. Now, Michelle finds herself back in her home state of Maryland, where she now focuses on data management to put her passions to good use. What Michelle enjoys most about research is watching the scientific process, starting from a testable idea and growing into an unruly mess of a data jungle.
