Research Program Assistant

I graduated from Central Michigan University in May 2021 with a BA in Psychology and minors in Spanish and Advertising. I am originally from Clarkston, Michigan, in the Metro Detroit Area. During undergrad, I was a peer advocate for Sexual Aggression Peer Advocates (SAPA), where I worked closely with survivors and those affected by sexual aggression. As an advocate, I learned a lot about communication and how best to connect with people on a personal and professional level and find my time working with participants to be extremely rewarding. The thing I love most about research is being able to work with people of all different backgrounds and experiences in various settings, and that there's always opportunity to learn. I hope to continue my education in Clinical Psychology in the future.
